What dish, British or otherwise do you cook the most often?

Posted by YetAnotherMia@reddit | AskUK | View on Reddit | 242 comments

KingKhram@reddit

I disagree with this, I'll freeze most foods, I'll only ever cook as much pasta as needed. When pasta gets defrosted there's too much water and the pasta goes really soft and mushy. Pasta can be cooked really quickly and is always better fresh

If you're able to freeze some bottles of water and place them in front of a fan, that will also help with some basic air-conditioning. Best of luck to you

The Mediterranean way is to open windows throughout the night till the early morning to let the cool air in and then shut the windows and close the blinds or curtains. Your home traps the cool air in the home and keeps it at a pretty good temp for most the day. I was home all day and it was pretty nice indoors till about 5pm, when I took my jumper off.

I recently watched the OJ Simpson 5 part documentary about the murders and that was fantastic. I was fairly young at the time and remember parts of it from what I saw on the news, so it was really good to have a proper deep dive into it. Searching For Sugarman is one of my favourites and is such a feel good doc. Great music included
