I hated the idea of tuna in pizza but last year on holiday someone had a tuna pizza and let me have a slice. It was great. A revelation.

One of my most surprising was how good anchovies are. I love a tuna mayo with anchovies sandwich. I've never tried it as a combo on pizza but I'm sure it would work.

Can be a bit of a bugger to spread on so look for a "thinnish" peanut butter (some of the organic ones are quite good for this)

I am a dirty heathen who likes a bbq sauce base, HOWEVER I am typically a tomato sauce gal.

For toppings - Asda make your own pizzas used to do the most amazing 'steak' pieces, and their chilli beef is spot on.

Steak OR chilli beef, pepperoni, jalapeños/fresh green chilli, sweetcorn, and mozzarella slices. 😍

Anything that will crisp nicely is a benefit. Have to limit the "fresh" toppings unless prepped otherwise to minimise water content ontop. But you can get some decent pizzas if you know how to cook them
