I had blackboards through high school, and whiteboards in college. I began to fall behind around 6th or 7th grade because I couldn't see the chalk on the blackboard, and was usually in the back of class due to having a last name near the end of the alphabet. Turns out I just needed glasses.

I must be in the minority. On a trajectory to retire around 55, but that depends on who tweets what and when, nowadays. I have worked since I was 15 and also saved and invested since then. Paid off student loans ASAP. Also moved into leadership roles as fast as possible. I saw this wave of shit coming decades ago and knew I couldn't make it working a cushy low paying job as my parents did. NGL, though I don't come from generational wealth, I do have the white privilege going on. I wish it weren't a thing.

No need to feel vain! I'm only a year younger than you, and with a full head of hair but slowly receding hairline. My most recent male ancestors had decent hair until about age 60, but the bald spot developed on all 4. I started using hims brand shampoo about 6 months ago and it is like miracle grow for hair. I have cut my hair rather short since I had to pay for my own haircuts (circa 1998), and I'll tell you now - it's every 3 weeks whereas it was every 6 before. Recession of hairline has stopped and my wife tells me it smells awesome. I only use the conditioner maybe once per week. Your results may vary - but it is not expensive (only a small amount is needed daily) and it works for me, at least.

OK so who ACTUALLY Ate These?? I refuse to think people actually have.

Grew up on 26 acres all wooded, and regularly camped and hiked through 1000's more. I prefer the woods/mounts much more than staring at some ocean water with everyone else.
