i never understand the hate against ataturk in greece btw. kemalists in turkey is not an expansionist like you idiots think. he is not an expansionist himself too. he backed off for all the time and prevent death. most sane, rational and best for the region ideology.

i think its because of its pronouncination. ermeni(armenian in turkish) ends with a vowel “i” and make it more viable to chant it. like we’re not using yunan(greek) or arap or sırp(serbian) an direct insult like ermeni. you must add some words for them like yunan dölü(greek seed), rum artığı(rum remnant) for example using çingene(gypsy) is also common and its also ends with vowel “e” and this is only common for older generations. nowadays, its so rare.
