Mechanically speaking it appears to be a standard sidecar motorcycle that's been slightly overcomplicated. Sidecar bikes are already somewhat niche, especially one like this that would be significantly more expensive than existing Ural models or just having a shop install a sidecar kit on a midsized bike.

They do exist, but the general public only ever bumps into them from secondhand exposure from a YT movie reviewer.

If you can't channel the body to get it to sit on the frame cleanly, then the only other option I can think of would be to use a smaller frame out of something like an S10 or old Nissan pickup, or some small BOF SUV with independent front suspension so it can be tucked and better fit into the wheelwells.

Not really, most optical media is actually really resilient. Some formats like VCD and LaserDisk are more prone to rot but normal CD and DVD will happily last for ages when tucked away I'm the case. Tbh the real killer for playing games on original hardware in the future will be the optical drives in the consoles themselves.

I try to be the same way whenever I see a question outside of r\askreddit but there are so many questions that were obviously made without any serious attempts to figure it out on their own. Like, half of the questions on the retro game console subs are just "how do I connect this to my TV" with an upside-down picture of the ports on the back of the tv. So many of these posts could be solved with a simple Google search.
