Not just any mausers, they converted a bunch of surplus K98s into .308. Iirc some of them even have waffenamts on them, but I'm not big into K98s so I may be wrong there

I, John Johnovich from Idaho Oblast, feel extremely demoralised by threat of Russian Army. I will write to Boyar immediately to let them know that weak US army is no match for strong Russian military.

Yea, thanks for the help. I used the search bar here and on Google, and I couldn't really find anything, and figured this would be my best bet

Thanks, I'm still just gonna consult with an AME though, there was also an eardrop+steroid they prescribed me so that should help decently enough. If not then I'll just go to ibuprofen. And thanks, I hope so, ear infections suck

Thanks man, I'll see if any AMEs near me will be able to do a consultation soon. In the meantime I'll just live with the pain, the last one really sucked though, I definitely took more ibuprofen and tylenol than what I should have.

I liked how every level had action in metro, whether it was exploring a station or fighting off monsters. Exodus, for a lot of it, felt like a post apocalyptic driving simulator. There were highlights, and the ending of the story was superb, but the open world kinda bored me a bit. Exodus was also the only game I couldn't finish in like a few sessions, I took like a two week break. Two Colonels was probably my favorite part of exodus though, I really liked that DLC

I hit 10,000 in a C172 one day, I was already flying at around 8500 to get out of turbulence, and the controller said altitude was at my discretion. I would've went higher but the controller said he had to make a call, so i just went back to 8500.

I figured this 737 landing would be a go-around but captain brought gloves I guess

Someone else mentioned that the angle the camera was probably blocking out seeing the runway, so it was probably legal and my fault for not realizing that and jumping the gun. Idk about how consequences would be determined so im not going to give an answer on that

You're not petty, youre correct. I didnt see them so I didn't mention that, but I probably should have, I was just lazy. Someone else mentioned that the camera angle probably blocked out the approach lighting, so that was mb

You make a good point, I never really thought about the angle of the camera making a difference but that does make sense, thanks for letting me know

All instrument approaches have minimum weather conditions you can fly in, like, for example a standard cat 1ILS is usually 200 foot cloud ceilings with 1/2 mile visibility, and you can only descend past that point if you have the runway environment in sight. This pilot busted those minimums and put a bunch of lives in danger

Hypothetically, I buy a Boeing 737 outright in cash. I am not a business. I don’t sell tickets, I fly purely for my own pleasure and pay for all fuel myself. What is the minimum license my brother and I would need to fly it? Non commercially

Don't feel bad, they've happened to me a few times At friends apartment at college. Just bought my first pistol from a gun show (I was 18) Drinking with friends Show them my new Jericho Try to manually decock Thumb slips on hammer, ND into celling Upstairs neighbors too high and drunk (underage and illegal drugs) to call the police. Second time At range Showing friend pistol Think gun is unloaded Point at ground show him how to wrack and pull the trigger. Forgot loaded mag in Shoot between his feet Third time At parents house. Just bought a sig from a guy Get home Try swapping slides with another sig I had Forgot the other sig slide was chambered. Pull trigger Shoot parents wall Fourth time At my new house Playing with a friend's 5.56 AK Release bolt Slam fires round into ground Fifth time Showing a friend how to use it No idea how but a round got chambered Show him how the trigger works Pull trigger Shoots round into floor in the same place as before Sixth time Thought maybe the house was haunted Grab a sig Physically clear it, (racked the slide 3 times) with no magazine in pull trigger at the same hole Round goes off Seventh time Friend brings over a used Glock wants me to look over it I grab it and pull the trigger without clearing it Didn't even realize the thing was loaded. Eighth time Friend brings over his transferable Mac 10 I had no idea how open bolt guns worked. He's showing it off to me I put a loaded mag it and decided to try and release the bolt (I thought it shot from a closed bolt) Pulled the trigger for some reason Shot 3 rounds into my wall Overall you shouldn't feel too bad about NDs. It's part of owning guns, and you should get used to them.
