It’s still wrong though The London clubs are almost all in places that weren’t part of London when founded.

They don’t need telling whether or not you downvote me Greater London borders were drawn in 1965 At the time the clubs you mentioned were founded, they were in the following counties Tottenham = Middlesex Chelsea = Middlesex Arsenal = Middlesex West Ham = Essex Millwall = Middlesex (they just missed out on the county of London being founded in the 1800s) Crystal Palace = Surrey Have you actually consulted “Google and Wikipedia” or did you just have absolute confidence that you’d be right For the above reason, none of these clubs would have called themselves London anything

Because the current Greater London borders were only drawn in 1965. Tottenham, Arsenal, Charlton, QPR go back far enough and none of these were London clubs, That’s your boring, but correct answer.

In order to build a lot of muscle you do need to eat more protein. You can’t just lift heavier without protein and you can’t just protein without well… progressive overload (not necessarily heavier) The NHS guideline minimum amount of protein isn’t for serious lifters
