Both did. As slightly older Xennial this was probably a more important Zelda title than Ocarina of Time was for me, although I did have a gold cartridge for OOT on launch day.

If I spent my whole life inside of it I would probably care more. As it is I only use it a few times a year, which has meant that I have often needed to install it in order to do a simple task. Much easier to download Gimp than navigate the taint of the internet hoping for a clean crack. At any rate Adobe is shitty to its userbase and doesn't deserve to be the go-to anymore.

Do you feel invisible as a GenX because of your age, gender or both? Or is it just outright age discrimination? Or you just couldn't care less anymore?

I prefer to use the word "rendering" for things that people have actually modelled, but the AI definitely has seen many pictures of 1980s era tech.

You can create a bootable live USB to try it on your own computer without changing anything about your current system. How easy or hard it is will depend a lot on what you want to do.

I blame fossil fuel propaganda. And to a lesser extent bike designs that try to appeal to consumers by taking design cues from motorcycles. It's the same thing that happened to AR-15's which are functionally no different from hunting rifles, but styled to look like machine guns.

Hammer them for deliberately making life less affordable as this will be more politically damaging to them than making an environmental argument, because they don't give a fuck about their children's future. Ebikes are not toys, they are an affordable alternative to cars.

A 50mph machine is not an ebike, it is an electric motorcycle. I wouldn't want a kid who didn't have a driver's license to ride either one of them on public roads. Where I live that would be illegal anyway.

Put a pressurized funicular car up to the top of Mount Everest, with a pressurized, heated café at the top, so people can ride up and have a coffee and meal while they enjoy the view.

I abandoned Photoshop for GIMP 20 years ago mainly because finding safe cracked versions of Photoshop was more of a nuisance than putting up with the things I didn't like about the Gimp UI. I also think that wherever possible creative work should be done using FOSS tools. This prevents your life's work from ever ending up behind a paywall.

A setting on your car's windshield wipers that changes the beats per minute so that you can make them match the song you're listening to on the radio.

The fact you went there in the first place makes me judge you OP. For many people, Ebikes are purely about efficient enjoyable transportation, not primarily about exercise at all. My ebike doesn't replace my regular bike. It replaces my car.

Some of these complaints are due to stupid fashion choices that make ebikes look like motorcycles. Some of these complaints are due to illegal hardware choices that make ebikes perform like motorcycles, and inconsiderate riders scaring / endangering other people with them. Some of these complaints are due to fossil fuel companies desperately trying to restrict ebikes to enforce demand for their products.

If we stop calling it "Artificial Intelligence" and start calling it "Human Replacement" people will use it differently.
