You really can’t. I am dealing with a new custom from medical environment where we developed and deployed a new application for them in the cloud. Their engineer just does a directly copy paste from ChatGPT into emails and always speaks about very bizare scenarios.

My company executives thinks it can replace 100 percent of our help desk teams with AI agents.... This year.

Make those fields mandatory and keep responsibility in that team. We had something similar where the HR Admin didn’t care about the fields. With a new HR Admin team, zero issues

Have a look at copa. Could use it in your cică pipelines or directly in the ACR https://github.com/project-copacetic/copacetic If you are in Azure you can also use their built-in patching based on copa which is way easier to install and is insanely cheap.

If you need that SLA you need to have a region redundancy infrastructure. It’s gonna cost you more but it’s possible. This is not an design issue, it’s just a cost issue

I am from Europe and how others have said, it's very tedious to have someone fired here. I never got fired but, I've seen people let go from teams where I worked at (such DevOps, Technical Support, CyberSecurity Engineer, etc). These guys crossed the line multiple times and had to be let go more because of their shitty personality.
