The only times- Once after first starting to go clubbing, nice girl just starts grinding against and kissing me, then went out a few times after.  So I thought this is great and would happen every time I went clubbing, which it obviously didn't.. I did have a very drunk and toothless friend who was bothering a girl and she latched onto me to escape him.  I got chucked out of the club that night by the bouncer too (by mistake). Went out a few times after too. Another was a friend's sister, invited me out, she was all over me throughout the night, so thinking i'm definitely in here. Then in taxi queue, she disappears for a few minutes.  Next thing I hear a commotion and see her getting put in a police van for fighting with someone and the night is over 🙃

Surprised with call centres, thought they'd be perfect for WFH. Would have thought you'd just login and it'll start putting calls through automatically these same as if you were in the centre.

Don't mind it really, better than the usual shite like you'd hear on Heart. Worse when they're blasting it. Bring back classy old school instrumental background music 😎

Suppose cheaper electric bills is the incentive. Maybe help needed with the initial cost.  Where I work it cost over £100k, without battery. But making good savings on the bill.

While at school mid 90s, had a girlfriend in the next town, an hours bus away, and a poor family, they didn't even have a landline.  You had to arrange plans the days before, or just turn up and hope.   Used to have a regular time/day I'd go to a phonebox to ring her nearby phonebox on a night 😅

Even just a little sun in winter. Live in Sunderland which is on the coast. Last Sunday we had the first day of nice weather for weeks. Never seen so many along the seafront for the time of year, fish and chips shops sold out, ice cream sold out, great stuff 😍

Why do shops like Home Bargains and B&M stock all those niche variants of branded food/drink?

B&M just seems like it gets normal groceries in now. At least where I am. Their Heron Foods shops get all the random stuff and more like the old B&M.   Home Bargains is still good. Excellent beer selection.

Maybe half doing actual work. It's interesting, working from home I was  finished early and looking for things to fill the time. Could plow through quickly without distractions in a nice environment.  Now everyone is back in the office, I never get things finished.

I must be on the most inflexible flexitime. Have to be in work by 9.15.  Can't leave until 4pm on two days, 5pm on the others. Can't build up any more than 7.5 hours otherwise they take it off you at the end of the month and can't go into minus hours at all.
