But we all need to keep our wits about us, so we don’t add another category which is called depression or anxiety. We just have to be cognizant of all the collapsing that’s going on around us, but we also have to just live our lives as happily as we can, with our families.

Really, what’s the point in trying to convince people of collapse when in reality, they will find out soon enough. Everyone has their own reasons for hiding their head in the sand and you should know by now you can’t convince anyone of anything. So just be true to yourself, prepare, do your own thing, and do the right thing, eventually all the deniers will come around. It’s just plain human nature.

People believe that there are very little actionable things for them to do that matter. In the U.S., once something is politicized, it’s hard to have a conversation about it. Also, in the U.S., people do not relate to the 2 degrees centigrade- use Fahrenheit and watch the awareness quickly grow.

America is rich. There's no reason we can't build a canal from NYC to Los Angeles.
