I used to watch mini Spanish lessons on Instagram then they started auto-translating into English with fake mouths. I know you can turn it off, but when the right wing political bollocks started seeping through, I just uninstalled the fucking thought

Pop over to Liverpool and check out the Anglican Cathedral. It is absolutely IMMENSE inside. The architecture is simply incredible. I'm sure you'd like it.

I was struggling with stupid sticker residue which I couldn't get off no matter what I tried. As my wits end, I asked AI how to remove it. Cgpt said to wipe olive oil on it, leave it for t minutes and it'll just come off. What absolute bullshit, but fuck it, I'll do it for a laugh. It came off with a bit of water, it just came off completely. I honestly couldn't believe it, why is this not common knowledge? Sorry, I'm still amazed now. Tldr : EVOO

People who work in Opticians - Do you mind if people take advantage of the test, take the prescription and then buy their glasses online?

I asked the optometrist at ASDA, whom I assume if not on commission for the eye distance stay so I could buy a -second- pair online. I had every intention of getting a pair from them. They refused outright. It's absolute bullshit.

You need to nip this in the bud quickly. This is bullying. If he is picking on you because of your body shape he needs sacking quite frankly. But let's be nice. Next time it happens say "please don't do that, it's not nice". Then if it happens again, you make a formal complaint. He may say there's no malice, but if you call him out on it and it continues, then it needs to be addressed by management, and I'm guessing it won't be good for him.

I'm just not interested in America or their little space adventures at all. They are starting wars for profit and that's not ok. The country is clearly no longer an ally.

I went to park the other day and the money/card machine was out of order. But there was a phone number... Which was dead. So I downloaded the app, entered a username and password, waited for a code, confirmed code, went to pay and the app had added a 20p "convenience fee".

You SHOULD use both lanes and merge like a zip at the end. Unfortunately, in British culture, queue jumping is very frowned upon and in any other situation, this would end in anger, so people completely misread the situation.

There was a great show called Siberia which was about a Big Brother type reality show. They helicoptered the contestants into the snowy wasteland ... And just left them there and never came back. It was such a great idea for a TV show and I loved it. Afaik they never made a second series.
