Ironically this is one of the strongest tells. Tone, pacing, wording, repetition and emphasis absolutely communicate emotion through text.
And honestly the biggest giveaway is just the scale of the response. Someone made a tiny jab and you responded with a multi paragraph defence addressing every implication individually.
You can be logically correct and still obviously emotionally affected.

In terms of keeping infection rate and scale low so hospitals had space to treat people, it was necessary. Imagine a town with a hospital capacity of 2000 and 30,000 people needing intensive care and respirators. Not going to go well.
That being said, if it happened again now, I am very unsure whether governments would do the same thing. It has absolutely fucked us for years.

Dont treat “got a girlfriend” as if it’s some final proof of how dating works, it’s one of the lowest bars in the whole system. It only looks big because it's the one immediately above you (no shade), and it says fuck all about quality or longevity.
Those guys are getting *some* success but not necessarily good relationships, not necessarily long-term success and not necessarily with the same pool of people. In reality a bunch of those dudes are probably shit partners, a non-zero amount will later realise they're not straight, and a bunch more will fuck their lives up with shit choices.
Looks move the needle on initial attraction, there's no dodging that reality, but your perspective here is taking that valid point and stretching it into an absolute claim that everything else is irrelevant.
Attractiveness buys you more opportunities and more forgiveness early on. That’s it. It doesn’t make you a good partner or sustain a relationship, and it doesn’t guarantee you’ll end up with someone you actually want or who wants you for honest reasons.
The examples you gave highlight that pretty well, those dudes are getting in the door despite obvious flaws. What happens after that is a completely different question.
