Not entirely on topic but what happens if the system itself says I never got it and they automatically refund me? The seller also gets nothing? This sometimes happens to me on ali when they don't fill in a shipping date soon enough, I still get the goods but also my money back. I feel bad because one time it was custom made items which took a while for them to produce, like a week or two. The result was outstanding and even after I put a positive review with pictures ali refunded me automatically

Keep the lid on so right that she asks you for help each time. Also, maybe there are bottles with caps that screw the other way around so she can never open them without breaking

Test this with a colleague to see what the server did with the mail. I used to be able to see when this was done by added columns (forgot wich, think it was sent date) to my inbox. Also, my pc needed to be turned on for it to work as it used to be done on client level i/o server. Tldr: test it first

I can only assume that it's not worth the return shipping for them, meaning that the item is in no way worth 800usd. I once gotten an extra bike with my order (not Amazon) and was also told to keep it. Had to sell it because it was a really bad one, retail price I think 180eur

If you buffer the costs, overcharge them so that your vacation becomes cheaper. If they don't cancel, at least you can enjoy a cheaper vacation. Either way you have profit

Would be some weak security and poor business model if it didn't have rolling codes etc or external verification. I do hope it's possible of course. Do be careful with maintenance and warranty, they may find out when the device is turned in. The lack if new purchases is a hint already though 'budgettary issues' are a good excuse. I would also try and find an alternative solution to this particular device altoghether. Perhaps another device does something similar with satisfactory results

Permethrin or other shock insecticide. A small spritz should suffice also for larvae. Afaik it's a neurotoxin for insects that does not penetrate our skin so doesn't reach our nervous system, you would need to drink an exponential to have similar effects in humans

Over here this would be called fraude. Pretty sure a store and definitely a chain of stores wouldn't want a bad reputation. You could address its HQ or file complaints to proper authorities for fraude. And try to find something that is mislabelled in your favour, then we can give the unethical advice to hoard those items

Make it seem like there are structural issues with it, like a leak on the roof. So simulate water stains coming from walls. A new roof costs tons and they may not even be certain it's the roof if you other walls as well

Don't think I saw a comment suggesting to fence your garden.could also be done with a low bush. Even if it's not completely surrounded, it could demotivate them enough. The motion detection sprinklers would be a faster solution, like detering cats

You have them on camera, keep that at the least. If it's been like 5x I'd say you have a right to be upset about it and tell them to pls stop bothering you unless they have grounds to do so. You can then add that you live in a good neighbourhood with friendly neighbours who aren't looking for trouble and you don't want to give the appt a bad name for them being there all the time

Depends of course where you live. Over here you do get a sum depending on how long you worked at a company. But it will be registered that you got fired which is not always the best thing when looking for a new job

Even a new one could hum or eventually start humming. I'd get a battery operated one myself, the diff in electricity consumption is minimal with optimal use, and usually people leave the device charging so when it loses charge naturally it will rejuice. I use rechargeable bats and keep spare around, never fall without juice
