Can\`t speak for Bulgarians, as i don\`t know their situation. As for Romania, it\`s not possible. There is a group of a few thousands which are rulling the country in every aspect and many millions who just sit quiet and swallow all the bullshit that the small group generates. Absolutely no chance for a good outcome.

Touring in Romanian, for just the Romanian diaspora. they occasionally do also shows in English for the general crowd. but those are harder, because the meaning of the jokes doesn\`t translate so well. Difference in cultures.

Same in Romania. It takes multiple years to make a road, but if an official makes a visit or needs it for personal use, it is done overnight.

Romania\`s sea cost has : poor service, poor infrastructure at higher prices than everywhere else in the area. Foreigners come once. They have a look, compare to other places and then never come back. Romanians do the same.

I need a big city for it to be cosmopolitan enough and have enough international musical artists visiting - Budapest is your city. Many international artists come to the local arenas. Plus you would be close to Sziget Festival and Balaton Sound Festival. So, plenty of opportunities around Hungary.

In Romania, if you don\`t have money to go to private healthcare, you\`re free to die using the public one. Deaths happen all the time when people go to public hospitals and are ignored or poorly treated by the staff. If you bribe the staff according to market level, you might stand a chance to live.

I have the same. My only issue is a sweat a lot during summer, specially when I do my running. Otherwise, no sunburn , no mosquito bites or other bugs.
