How many coats do you own vs wear?

Ok, I really love coats. I am an outerwear person who is mostly cold always looking for the ultimate coat blocks off all the outside but I can somehow look good and drive. The UK summer is a week at best and that week I need some outfits not based on coats. I have maybe 25-30 ish coats/jackets/ outerwear. However I only rotated between like ten. So I have now started selling them and keeping my top faves. Coats take up a LOT of space and I've had enough time with them to figure what I like and don't like.

If I don't have to do ANYTHING. Like just time out from my life. No chores. Cooking. Anything. I'm good. Otherwise I'm about to disintegrate, melt, learn new ways to sweat , covered in rash, and find the shops never have ice cream

Maybe I'm missing something, but why are insect screens basically nonexistent in the UK?

I used to. Haven't in a while. Is a little pricey. But especially when I'd go past the markets end of the day and they're getting rid of them at lower prices. Sometimes ill get for mom over me

The trees. I love how the trees change during the seasons. The trees, the buds, the greens. Right now the weather isn't great, but the grey clouds with the different greens it does something! I absolutely love seeing the contrast. But still come home and wrap up! It's just been a wet spring and unusually cold this year.

Is it common for people who are born in the UK to say they are “Irish” or “Italian” if they have a parent from there?

Hmmm I'm UK brit but obviously Asian. So I can speak from an obvious non-white brit. I think if someone Irish, they'll definitely tell me, but I also can tell because of their names, and the nuances, like catholic vibes, but I'm talking millennial and older. Not sure if the younger on this vibe. I think Italians will always tell you..... But same time, if you live in a city where it's so mixed we either tell people or ask. Pretty open. Irish look and are white, but they've always told me.

Bruce willis in "cosmic sin" I'll usually watch space movies even if they're 5s. I didn't check the rating because Bruce Willis, surely he wouldn't. Well it was so bad I thought it was a joke at first.....it was not. Anyhow 2.5 imdb.

I definitely think the UK we do nicknames. Or use surnames, or if you've got an ethnic name anglicized, that can stick for life even if you know better. I can think of one guy in college: "nought" reason was "zero in the brain." (I think he got 0 on a test) Another one "Toad" and when I asked why, his friends all said unanimously said "show her." He crouched down and said "greddup" 🐸 and I swear he looked like a toad! Anyhow 20 years on, that's still his name!! Mine was 10ft warrior: im tall. 4ft, was my cousin 😆

I never had one planned, but absolutely wouldn't. I am not welcomed and the place is 3rd world lunacy no matter what they try to sell it as. Crazy tips, drug use, guns, ICE, ran by a war mongering dictator, zios surfing for kids to fiddle, public shootouts..... aeroplanes with horrible health and safety checks
