It's so much easier than you imagine, I wish I had done this sooner; it frees up 1/3 of your income and allows you to save or spend that money doing what you enjoy doing. * Use a gym for shower; get a membership to a national one if you plan to travel. * Bathrooms are everywhere, so no need to worry about that but I still keep a a small folding toilet and trash bags in case I ever have an emergency at night. * If you live in a car, you can park anywhere. * I live in a large van so I usually park in light industrial areas and city streets. There's plenty of trades people who take their company vans home and park on the street. If I see one, I usually park near them. Cities don't enforce their homelessness laws unless someone reports you so don't sleep in front of anyone's house or be a nuisance.

The end game in this conspiracy is to get us to eat less meat because meat uses a lot of resources (water and land) and expels a lot of greenhouse gasses (cow farts) contributing to climate change. Sounds fanciful to me; i mean, I'm already eating less meat because it cost so much now.

Maybe it's SIT (Sterile Insect Technique)? "Releasing sterile ticks is an experiment aimed at controlling tick populations—specifically Ixodes scapularis (deer ticks)—by releasing sterile males to mate with females, resulting in no offspring." I know they do this with mosquitos in florida.

Recently found out about garlic sentry (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Just-Scentsational-1-Gal-Garlic-Scentry-Animal-and-Insect-Repellent-GAR-128/205361610) It's supposed to repel mosquitos. You spray on your plants and yard. I haven't tried it though, just found out about it yesterday, still doing research.

That's a good start with solar. Your fridge will use about 1k to 1.5 per day (24 hours), so you'll want to increase your solar panel array so that you can charge up your powerbank during the day. Check your powerbank to see what the solar input limit is so you don't over buy. If you can swing it maybe get a dual fuel (gasoline and propane) generator as a backup to your backup; reason it should be dual fuel is that propane doesn't go bad, gas goes bad in 6-12 months. Plus you probably already have a propane tank for your grill and so do your neighbors, so you might be able to trade propane for power.

Food should be free.

Just to be safe you might want to ask your doctor for a booster. Last year when the measles outbreak was happening in Texas I had my doctor write me a prescription to get the vaccine booster after my local pharmacy denied my request for one.

I would look into **all-in-one diesel heaters**; they have a hose that you stick out a window for exhaust, they're portable, they use about 1 gallon of fuel per day. Only downsides are; they use diesel which gels if the temp is very low (10 to 15 degrees F) but they do sell winter diesel. Also with these all in one units you would have the diesel tank inside the house where it would be warmer. Another downside is that they need electricity, but they use 12v so you could use a car battery or battery bank and they only use about 20-30 watts per hour, so a 100ah battery ($100) would run it for 64 hours, infinitely if you have a solar panel attached to the battery. Source: I have a campervan and have the stationary version of these installed in my 70sq ft van, and I have to keep it at the lowest setting because it works so well.

I hope they're not the Asian tiger mosquito. We got them a few years ago here in southern california. These fuckers are aggressive and will chase you. Also, they like to be sneaky and bite your legs, we call them ankle biter mosquitoes. With it being warm most of the time here, they are now a year-round nuisance. Also, they carry Zika virus (don't google images), and Dengue fever. In case you are familiar with "BikeFarmer" on youtube, he's started a new channel talking about AI and the future or work called "[InsteadOfWorking](https://www.youtube.com/@insteadofworking)". He talks about AI and what will come of it once it replaces us workwise. He talks about AI companies paying us an "AI Dividend", since AI was trained on the collective work of humanity. Pretty interesting stuff, highly recommend his videos.

I've had the flu for 1 week now, lots of congestion. Thankfully the most painful part is over, had a bad sore throat and dry nasal passages for the first 3 days; felt awful when waking up. This is the first time getting sick in 4 years. Take care everyone and stay away from people if possible.

Yes, kind-of. You can plug in your Gateway (that machine your internet provider gave you) into your powerstation and it will work. Now, if everyone including your internet provider lost power than it won't work because your gateway will not be receiving an internet signal. However; I current use T-Mobile Home Internet and it uses T-mobiles Cell Towers to provide signal, and as far as I know cell towers have battery backups that last a few days in case of a power outage. PS. AT&T, and Verizon also have home internet options in case you are interested or you get better signal with them.

I have no time to cook so I’m eating processed shit like this everyday
