Smokers are said to stink of smoke 24/7, what about vape only users?

>your supposed to vape when you would have cigarette Hmm, this I didn't know! I had wondered, on occasion, why I was feeling like I'd overdone it while vaping. Will definitely keep your point in mind - never heard anybody state this before.

I do find myself wondering recently about the habit side of it, rather than addiction. I am addicted to smoking obviously but if I'm exercising for hours on end, for example, I don't even think about stopping for a smoke. Keeping oneself busy may well be a factor.

I really wish I could do the gum method but it makes me incredibly ill. I've tried gum, patches and such, the worst was the throat spray.

Men (especially those in their 30s)... How do you refer to your significant other?

>I want the "right" word I wouldn't really recommend anything common or formal, 'boyfriend', 'partner', 'other half' etc are all just terms people default to. From a male perspective, I'd have liked something more affectionate in a pet name way.

SpinMyEyes@reddit

I've always believed in destiny or fate so it always felt, to me, that 'partner' was the appropriate term. She was the missing part that completed me, so to speak and 'partner' seemed to infer that. >how did you feel without a label I never thought about it at the time tbh. Thinking back though, it kinda summed up her ultimate lack of care about the relationship at that time.

I had this issue when I needed steel workboots. Being 5.5 I was always forced to wear size 6 with thick socks - not safe really, still felt loose. In the end Amazon saved the day.

Drinking four cans of lager every night after work have I got a problem ?

This is where my understanding fails me. I used to drink around 50 - 60cl of Vodka pretty much every night for around 10 years and have zero long term effects AFAIK.

>It's not just the booze Completely agree. My ex was a junk food addict and naturally I became one too. After she left, I realised that I'd been eating crap that I didn't even like. Changed my diet to foods I actually like, which just happened to be healthier.

I quit drinking about 4 months ago after 10ish years of going at it really hard. Drinking started to cause bad abdominal pains and random sickness feelings. I still get those and it scares me that maybe I went too far and the damage can't be reversed.

Lol. It was a charitable organisation funded by local government, if that makes a difference. They made out like they just had no need to open them but u got the vibe that they just couldn't be bothered.

If you can't go the therapy route, which I wouldn't see helping here anyway, best you can do is self training. Learn to recognise when you're only thinking about yourself and flip things in your mind to imagine what the opposite side of things may feel like. You've already taken the first step in recognising that change is possible.
