To be fair they responded to the substance of what you said. Which was minimal. All you said was “this was incoherent” which is a skill issue on your part, read better, and “too stupid to realize it” which is a personal attack. You didn’t respond to the substance either. Korea: stated objective victory (keeping South Korea propped up) and in general was a great strategic victory considering NK is a pariah state. Only issue is that China could keep throwing bodies at the problem but even then, had it not meant the slimmest possibility of full war with the Soviet Union (which for all its incompetent leadership in some places was a credible threat) China would have also eventually been “dealt with” but it would have meant functionally genocide which wasn’t the goal. Vietnam: mostly military victories up to the 1973 peace treaty after we completely pulled out and considered the goal upheld of keeping South Vietnam propped up. Then they broke the treaty and RoK forces didn’t do anything and Congress decided “nah, we aren’t gonna uphold our allies” leading to a situation where we just abandoned South Vietnam leading to rough concentration camps and a lot of refugees. Still a long term victory because of how often China is antagonistic towards Vietnam, leading to them being great US allies and having moved away from full communism over the years. Afghanistan and Iraq: utter military victories where we dismantled their respective armies (one being terrorist and one being a full state army) that only fell through because we tried to force a western government on people who didn’t want it or simply didn’t know how to maintain it. Had we bombed them and left it would’ve been some of the quickest military victories of all time. State building is not something an army is good at. Rather unfortunate. I dunno man, seems like our military forces are doing just fine and we have an external issues problem.

Well it’s not fabricated in the sense that it’s completely made up with physical distinction. For cows or pigs that are food, for example, are bred (and raised) in such a way that they serve that purpose better, providing meat that should, in theory, be less likely to kill me than some random wild boar I found. Not always the case but generally that’s the purpose of livestock animals.

I mean there is a difference. One I specifically set out to eat or use it in some way. The other I keep around because I think it’s cute and doesn’t really do anything other than that. I guess I could eat a pet animal if it was the only thing I’d have to eat. But I’d rather not be in that position for several reasons.

Considering that just recently where the was a thread with people saying “Death to Israel” isn’t supposed to be taken literally, and then we get a Jew Hunt, I feel it’s fair to call them out.

Doesn’t really matter if you believe that Israel does not represent Jews, the rhetoric around this does not separate the two (on either side, and with both it is very intentional) and then people try to act shocked when this happens. I want people to drop the double standards for a moment instead of going “evil Israel, always claiming to be the victims” when non-Israeli Jews are attacked.

I blame Hamas and Hezbollah for using people as human shields. Not because the civilians are there, but because they, the terrorists, are there. Does that make sense to you?

I don’t blame the civilians for being used as human shields. I blame the people hiding behind them (in this case, Hamas and Hezbollah). They don’t have to hide behind them, they could come out and fight at any time.
