Apparently their infrastructure wasn’t ancient enough like Southwest’s or we wouldn’t be here right now. But blaming the customer when the root cause was Microsoft failing to protect their kernel from an authorized security software ISV and CrowdStrike rolling out a corrupt sensor file is what the lawsuit is going to hang on. The bar is proving gross negligence by MSFT and CRWD. The lawyers will be in the chat until a check is cut.
