Most posts here are ”escalating without troubleshooting” how is that lack of training or poor management? It’s not hard to google an issue and/or use common sense such as restarting the pc or reinstalling an application..

You are overthinking this. Set your AvailableUpdates regedit value to 0x5944 and be done with it. There is also a GPO for this.

You can’t enable BitLocker with GPO, only tell it which settings to use. Using a script to enable it is correct.

I use chatgpt pretty much daily and honestly it’s pretty great most of the time. If it says something sus or I need more info I will google to check online discussions.

Employee passed away two weeks ago. Account is still active. HR says we can't touch it until legal signs off. Legal says they need the death certificate first. Anyone dealt with this?

Users need vpn to access corp network. But they also need corp network to access vpn. This makes no sense. Exclude vpn from CA.
