Most posts here are ”escalating without troubleshooting” how is that lack of training or poor management? It’s not hard to google an issue and/or use common sense such as restarting the pc or reinstalling an application..

Performance issues can occur if you have more than 300,000 items, even if you are not syncing all items. Support for syncing up to 1,000,000 items per sync instance per device is available in public preview for Windows. This preview does not support virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments."

I use chatgpt pretty much daily and honestly it’s pretty great most of the time. If it says something sus or I need more info I will google to check online discussions.
