Are teenagers just not learning to drive anymore?

Not only are lessons expensive, it's about a 6 month wait just to bloody start them. It's just not worth it here with our public transport. To them, that's adequate.

Why is unleaded petrol still called unleaded?

Posted by Aaron123111@reddit | AskUK | View on Reddit | 27 comments

NiceCunt91@reddit

Because that's what it is. Some old cars still need lead additives but those are few and far between nowadays and you can just buy a can to add to the tank.

Home delivery drivers, are things really this bad?

Posted by Wise_Literature_3874@reddit | AskUK | View on Reddit | 456 comments

NiceCunt91@reddit

I'm very surprised. That's because i can't put myself in a frame of mind where i would attack someone delivering stuff to me. You can tell me my mum just died and i still wouldn't swing for someone so this is absolutely insane to me.

I mean I'm not 15 but the smellies I use are from savers and cost a tenner and actually stay smelling good. One is a ted baker in a blue box and the other is police vibrant blue.

Why Gambling ads are legal in UK?

Posted by Loud-Possibility4395@reddit | AskUK | View on Reddit | 247 comments

NiceCunt91@reddit

Yes pretty much. If it was heroin instead of gambling that somehow made people money, it would be the same, yes. There's no morals when it comes to getting richer.

Posted by Friendly-Knee7677@reddit | AskUK | View on Reddit | 872 comments

NiceCunt91@reddit

Less safe. Our mains already have safety built in. The reason the ground is a little longer on our plugs is because it pushes open a guard preventing anything being put into the power pins. You would need to actually go out of your way to electrocute yourself.

We all know

NiceCunt91@reddit

If someone is blatantly waiting to cross, you must stop. Doesn't matter if they're on the road or not "drivers must stop for a pedestrian on a zebra crossing and must also give way to pedestrians waiting to cross" basically if anyone is even near it, you stop just in case.

My lot have always swore in front of everyone. It removes the forbidden fruit feeling you get when you're away from your parents and you're not compelled to do it. I wasn't anyway because it was just what grown ups did.

Surely this can’t be legal?
