Meh, depends. Ukraine certainly provides a constant supply of combat footage but when shit goes down in the Middle-East there is absolutely a bias to only post brown people getting hurt and not Israeli's. Can't imagine it will be very different when Americans start getting blown to bits.

I'm afraid it's a vicious circle. People crave a place where they can just go in dialogue with actual people with constructive comments instead of places that are spammed by meaningless oneliners coming from bots and bad faith actors from either side and moderators who try to turn it into a one-sides bubble. anime\_titties was a great place for that as the politics-free name allowed it to stay under the radar of bots for a while and the mods had a very lesser-faire attitude. Unfortunatly when something like that becomes popular it will inevidably attract bad faith actors who come to spoil everything as well.

The US and Russia are in a perfect position. American allies can't do anything against the US, even if they wanted to, because they need American support against Russian invaders. Russian allies can't do anything against Russia, even if they wanted to, because they need Russian support in case Americans or one of their proxies invades them. As long as Trump and Putin at the very least remain friendly towards each other they can benefit greatly while the rest of the world tears itself apart.

1) I didn't do anything about the Congo because I wasn't born yet for another 40 years. Lazy excuse, I know, but still. 2) If you have to dig 40 years into my pre-history to find a weak counter-argument to something contemporary Russians are doing right now you might as well suck up your pride and admit that I'm right. 3) I find it hilarious that you think the colonisation of the Congo was something 'regular Belgians' were involved at at the time. Peasants back then couldn't even read, let alone point to Congo on a map. And the rich fucks who DID colonise the Congo sure as hell weren't gonna let them share in the tressure of their endavors. 4) Propably the most hilarious point: The Belgian government, the institution that the regular Belgians did have control over, WERE the ones to stop Leopold II and his bourgeoisy friends from exploiting Congo.
