Early access games should be forced to leave early access after 5 years or shut down development.

In every other situation, you put down money for something and have a contract that must be delivered. For some reason, gamers decided they are cool with donating to studios and just hoping they get something in return. It's really not the industry's fault if people are throwing free money at them. Just don't buy a product that doesn't exist.

Crazy, they can't afford to pay people for their work and they can't afford to be non-profit. Guess that means they can't afford to operate and should not exist 👍

You had me until an hour. That's way too long. Alarm clock snoozes are usually 10 min. That's enough time to clear out any smoke. If it's still smokey after 10 minutes, you DO need it warning you.

Nope but it gives a picture of how violent a society is. You seem to be under the impression that just talking with the general population carries a big risk of being attacked. I'm pointing out how absurd that is.

>data from the FBI in 2019 shows an arrest rate of approximately 0.0156% (or 156.3 per 100,000 people) for violent crimes Do you consider ~.015% of the population who have committed violent crimes to be a lot? Statistically the states are getting safer and less violent.

Literally wtf is a Wallenstache? Why do mustaches seem to come under fire every other decade? First they made you gay, then they made you a cop, then they made you a hipster, now they make you right wing? It's fucking facial hair, it says nothing about the person. Sometimes I grow a mustache because I'm too lazy to shave.

It comes with enormous benefits, pensions and huge discounts on airfare. Additionally you are comparing engineering, which is also stressful and require tons of education and training, aka time of your life, to complete. You should be comparing it to a working cashier at fast food which takes a few days of training, and pays significantly less. You're arguing in good faith that society will still function at a similar quality with zero incentives to do anything? I feel you are inexperienced with work and life in general if you believe people generally will work hard for no benefit. I believe in community oriented living and socialist policies. But life and careers without any money or benefits would be completely unrecognizable to the system we have now and quality of life would almost certainly drop significantly.

Oh is that so? Median wage is $140k in the states. That's considered an extremely high salary. But I guess you decided that's not worth the stress and the market is incorrect.

Well for one...the fact that there will hardly be any nurses, doctors, air traffic controllers, sewage workers, ECT. Because who the fuck would do all that training and work such stressful jobs when you can make the same amount stocking shelves at a grocery store..??

Find an abandoned house, or a river, or go to the woods. I don't think people took more vacations in the 60's and 70's compared to now, but they still had parties. This does not sound like a logistics issue, more of a mindset issue.

Take mushrooms and climb a tree, jump off a bridge into a lake, bring paints to a park and make art, go talk to girls or boys and try to get laid, chat about nothing and everything, walk around a park, bring speakers to the woods and throw a party.... There's literally everything to do outside and nothing to do sitting at home on your phone / computer.
