I already do but it would help with the paranoia by stopping me going to the black market and putting myself in unsafe positions to get some

What's been your oddest encounter with the police?

When I was at uni we lived in a terraced house, someone was executed at the door of the house opposite ours in some gang related shit. I was out working when it happened, I came back to our road being taped off and the copper let me under the tape carrying my Xbox. When I got to our house a different copper at the other end starting going mad at me shouting that I'd just walked through a crime scene. I had no idea what had happened and just wanted to get home and play fifa. A few days later we were hotboxing our lounge and had a knock at the door, obviously it was the police and they wanted to come in to take statements. They could obviously tell that we were smoking weed in the house because he said "don't worry about anything lads we're here for way more important things" so we let them in. I think there was even weed out when we were talking to them. For a month or so we had one outside our house most of the time, we'd bring him brews and ask him for updates on the case. They eventually caught the killer. The weirdest thing is as well the day after it happened I was over at my weed dealer's house picking up and told him about the shooting. He started discussing it with his mate so casually saying the guy's name who did it and why. I just wanted a bag of weed lol. As a disclaimer no we did not tell the police any of this, I couldn't even remember the details I overheard and wanted to stay out of it. I was at work when it happened and that's all I said to the police. While we lived in that same house actually another funny thing happened, my flatmate's door would never close properly, the frame was damaged or something. One day there was a knock at the door and it was a police detective who showed us his ID and asked if there was an upstairs bedroom with a door that couldn't properly be closed and asked if he could come in to have a look at it, he took some pictures then left. While he was on his way out my mate who's room it was asked him wtf is all this about and he just said "there was an incident in this room a couple of years ago" and didn't give any more details. It freaked the shit out of my friend haha, we used to always hear random banging and sounds in that house. I hated staying there alone it always gave me weird vibes.

Fair enough, respect if you don't drink for whatever reason. I would recommend trying a Sunday roast from a decent pub one day though, you can't beat it

What is the most entitled behaviour you've seen in real life lately?

All the TikTok drone auditors. Have no respect and usually just look to distress / provoke people for content because most people believe it to be illegal to fly drones over private property when in fact it isn't yet.

What cooking method do you use for scrambled eggs?

Scrambled eggs in the microwave is the easiest way to get them perfect every time. 1 minute first, then 10 second spells whisking it every time between until they're perfect. Don't knock it till ya try it

How did Dubai attract so many Brits ?

AdamBake13@reddit

Tax haven. So many Brits are moving there because they can live like royalty in a hot country and earn bigger salaries which they don't have to pay any tax on. They either don't understand or don't care that they are benefitting entirely from modern slavery and by avoiding paying any UK tax they are making things worse for us all back in the UK.

Does anybody find the idea of socialising as you get older very tedious, boring and tiresome?

I'm 28, I love going out to events. I love electronic dance music. Probably do one event a month, but pubs/bars every other week. Every time I go to event I feel older and older. Some events (depending on the DJ playing) I feel ancient. But I go out with my friends and don't plan on stopping soon. I think that your opinion is the normal though.

Didn’t everyone do country dancing?

We did it in Cheshire when I was at High School (started in 2008), my girlfriend who went to high school in Liverpool thought it was child abuse and had never heard of it.

Generally, can people in the UK name a few Australian states in the same way they could probably name a few American states?

AdamBake13@reddit

Without looking at the comments. New South Wales? Queensland? I may have embarrased myself if either of those are cities lol but that's all I can think of off the top of my head. I'm sure a lot of Brits have better knowledge than me though, or at least around my age group (I'm 28). I know about 20 people who have moved to Australia for "only 6 months" and then never come back because they liked it so much. I also know more people who want to move there.

Who is the most famous person you've ever met/seen in real life?

AdamBake13@reddit

I met Ed Sheeran in like 2011 before he blew up internationally and was only really known in the UK for things he'd done on SBTV. I'm not sure if the fame will have changed him but he was exactly like you'd imagine him to be, proper down to earth and chilled guy. We actually hung out with him for like 30 minutes after a gig while we were waiting for the artist he was supporting to come out who is ironically unheard of now. I also met Eric Prydz which for me meant a lot because I love his music / shows the most. I kind of just walked backstage after his set with my mate who worked at the venue and told him that his music's changed my life lol. It's cringe but he seemed to appreciate it and let me get a picture with him, so I will always be grateful for that.

I think I'm going through a quarter life/existential crisis at 35. What advice can you give?

Everyone telling this poor guy it's not a quarter life crisis he's having but a mid life one like that will make him feel better 😂 actually you have even less time left bud!!
