Apple isn’t offering their services for free, so they can harvest your data to pimp out to advertisers and data aggregators. You pay a premium to go Apple, but your data for the most part stays with Apple.

This. There’s no point in going out to eat at a mid-tier chain restaurant like Olive Garden, only to be served by whatever mouth breather they hired that walked in off the street, eating cheap slop someone with no culinary arts education defrosted or deep fried, who absolutely doesn’t care….AND after tip paying $30 a head. No. I can buy prime steaks and fresh seafood at Costco. I own a Traeger, Big Green Egg, and a Blackstone. Eating out is a disappointment.

I was out there for work once. I had assumed it was a wealthy area, and maybe it is, but I was surprised it all seemed rather slummy. The airport was definitely underwhelming.

I have a Porsche 993, last of the air cooled 911s. It only goes up in value, and while it won’t win any drag races against modern minivans, it’s undeniably a very unique, cool car, and fun to drive. I look at it as owning a piece of art and we take it to brunch at the pub on the weekend.

Have you tried a melatonin gummy? I picked up the 10mg pack at Walmart, but you can take a single gummy and split that dose to 5mg, which I’ve read is still rather high. Within 30min it’s a very calm and relaxing state of mind. Try it.

Like the title asks.

I was all for Perot. There’s a good chance there wouldn’t have been sexcapades in the Oval Office. At least none we would have heard about, and no court hearings arguing the definition of the word “is”.

This crossed my mind today...

But Best Buy specifically instructed us to sell these PCs because they were cheap, and load up the customer on high profit margin printer cables, ink cartridges, video game controllers, mouse pads, keyboards, and other accessories.

People were giving her absolute hell about her looks over the last couple years, calling her out on Instagram for looking sick, jaundiced, walking skeleton, letting herself go, etc. Really beating her up. Now the truth comes out - she was privately fighting organ failure. The internet is horrible. God help us.

There’s a lot of truth there. The 60s was such an incredible decade with air travel becoming accessible, the space program, music, iconic cars, etc. The 70s and 80s don’t hold up compared to the 90s.

The Christians don’t want to see alcohol at the grocery store, so they lobbied the government to change the laws so we all have to suffer. No different than the Taliban imposing their religious law on everyone else who doesn’t wish to participate, but they don’t see it that way. Can’t sell cars or buy liquor on Sundays. Same situation. Look up “Blue Laws”.
