Don't hate him. The bit that gets a bit boring Is the constant pity party and the world privacy tour. No one would care for him if he wasn't a Prince. He has monetised his family and whingeing.

32 years and really easy. You won't get invited to pissnups but apart from that it really doesn't matter. Still go in pubs and people drink and good on them. It's just not for me

Social care is a barren waste nowadays. It is never about clients. It is about making managers look good. The data is all crooked and gamed to hell. Used to be client focussed and now it is ten minutes with a client and 50 on admin. Woe betide if you should benhuman and make a mistake. They push you until your health breaks and when it does they flay you for that. Most of the generation who started when I did left because of the changes. People have so many keyworkers it is almost pointless

It's a lack of respect and care issues. Some people have become so selfish and lazy that it is always someone else's problem. It's heart breaking to see natural beauty ruined by plastic and crisp bags.

It is very difficult if they don't want to stop themselves. There is a lot of support for family and friends organisations but unless they want to stop they won't. Addictions are brutal on very one around and you have to weigh up can you handle what is happening. The amount of physical and mental health issues are scary.

Disclosing health condition to new employer?

Posted by Cattography@reddit | AskUK | View on Reddit | 51 comments

Time-Contribution682@reddit

You always should disclose clean of the bat. It gets tricky by not telling them. If they decide they can't offer than so be it. I have been turned down for numerous roles due to health, normally find out who got the role. It is difficult but being upfront helps out in the long run.

Pain teams are the best answer. Chronic pain is life changing and it is no good just getting tablets. There needs to be psychosocial input. I speak with sadly hard warned experience after 25 years and some nasty ops and conditions that cause excruciating pain.

Is it alright to call women "luv"? Ive been using it with women the same way I call blokes "mate" for all my life in (I'm from east london so it's pretty common round here) but I saw an article on the guardian that it's not right to say it. Is this true?
