>I'm guessing you were also planning your entire day around just getting the boat in and out, not trying to get that done, along with actually using it or doing anything else that day as well.

The conclusion is that this isn't a perception. The most popular truck brand is not used to tow a majority of the time. Even if you expanded it to work trucks, you're not going to flip those stats. Of course unless you think you know more than data researchers from Axios.

>I'm not sure what point that data is supposed to be making 63% of truck owners rarely/never tow. This isn't some perception thing, this is raw objective stats. >but the columns don't add up to 100%. It's called rounding. They're not going to put 63.52%, they just put 63%.

>Why can you only get excited for things you can attain? Because there's always something better. Who cares about the $3 million hypercar when there's a $4 million hypercar. Who cares about the $4 million hypercar when you can have a 6m private jet. The whole point of the affordability argument is that it's actually obtainable by more than 0.001% of the population.

New laws punish bad drivers with tech that forces cars to go the speed limit

>It’s dangerous because it’s unpredictable. There's nothing dangerous about going 90 on Midwest interstates where you see 1 person every 15 minutes. What's dangerous is relative speed (commonly referred to as Flow of Traffic) aka going 20mph+ over the people next to you. The same reason where you can be found at fault if you fly pat a line of stopped cars while going the speed limit. High relative speed deltas make all maneuvers more dangerous and have shorter windows. If safety is the goal, we should be going after distracted drivers, not speeders, because distracted driving is more dangerous than influenced driving.

>people are acting like this is going on someone who has just one speeding ticket when it’s really for the DUI types. So are the breathalyzers and those are woefully ineffective. A guy local to me had 16 DUI's before he killed someone. I assume that the dumbest implantation possible will be what's done.
