All the illegal immigrants coming in must for sure think it’s a very lucky country or is that just for them maybe as they get free accommodation, clothes , food and other benefits

It didn’t surprise me one bit. I read an article in which he was interviewed ( pre his conviction days )and he made a comment and I read between the lines and it disturbed me.

When I worked I would come home 🏡 and comfort eat. It got to bad & I got so big I had ti leave work due to my weight. Now I don’t work and have gained even more weight and almost housebound

Oats for poridge for breakfasts Bread peanut butter for lunch it’s protein and filling Potatoes to make chips / fries / or jacket potatoes Cheap noodles A whole raw chicken to cook. You can add it to your noodles for an evening meal A jar of cheap curry you can make chicken curry Bulk it out with rice ( rice still pretty cheap ) Few tins of beans for beans on toast Tin of sweet corn and tuna - to have jacket potatoes with tuna

Yes because I’m so fat now I have mobility issues and can’t get out on my own because I need help. I have for so used to it that when I actually do go out I get very anxious

As some one from north I always remembered Londoners not being majorly friendly. However I’ve now spent quite a bit of time in south london and found that the south Londoners very friendly 👌

If you are of average size the charity shops can be really really good I’m very big so I can rarely find things there but on occasion I have found a few things. Sone of my friends get so much good stuff there and a lot of it is brand new
