I mean carbohydrates, calories, etc. all these terms are too confusing. Also cooking your own meals isn’t the end all solution. I cook my own meals but don’t make healthy stuff. Usually just junk fried food with fries

It is. This country is a shithole with druggies everywhere. You cannot walk a couple of steps without breathing in someone’s smoke. The justice system is dogshit as is the police. The country is managed poorly. The bills are outrageous. The people are horrendous. I cannot wait to eventually move out.
