I don't even remember how I found it, but I was there for the first episode. I'm a Patreon now because I like the bonuses as well. They're just likable and I like to support them.

Walking over 3 drain covers on the street. First is good luck, second is good sex life, third is bad luck. Depending on which you step on provides the relevant response. Sadly, none but the third has ever been forthcoming.

Toilet paper. Never have enough, especially when you need it. Take ALL meter readings. Anything you're not accountable for is not your problem. Find out where all of the shut-offs are, gas and water. Check the boiler settings. Is the heating on all day? Why? Set them to what you want them to be. Personally I have 2 hours morning and evening, it works perfectly well and it saves money.

Which book(s) were you required to read in secondary school?

Where to begin?! Oliver Twist, Wuthering Heights, Henry V, The Bell Jar, various poetry. I studied Trainspotting for my final exams (my choice). I'm sure there's more I can't remember. I studied English Lit into A-level and it took me years to be able to read a book without analysing it. Ruined reading for me for a long time.

Is Latin still offered in school?

You're missing out. Grab some Heinz, toast off some bread, smother accordingly and enjoy with a generous helping of cracked pepper. Brown sauce as well if you have it. Delicious!

I know a guy from Romania, who's a chef, and he just can't wrap his head around beans on toast being a meal. He just won't accept how satisfying it is as comfort food. Some people.

Was 16, working Sunday mornings at a warehouse job. One of my coworkers didn't show up, and we found out later in the shift she'd won £1.6 million on the lottery the night before. Just called in, said she wasn't coming back, and off she went. Fair play.

Are Chiropractors and Osteopaths basically con-artists?

Osteopath was the only person to fix my breathing issues. Hospital were useless. GP was useless. Bit the bullet, booked an appointment, and they cracked my ribs and back. Was able to breathe normally for the first time in nearly a year.

What kind of electric heater would be better than my current one?

Posted by Additional_Jicama810@reddit | AskUK | View on Reddit | 28 comments

Few-Calligrapher3910@reddit

Anything is better than those. Heat gets directed up, not outward, therefore the room never seems to warm. I've used them before and they were such a waste imo. Little fan heaters might be a better option. I could be wrong, and I probably am, but I found these to be a total waste of money.

Been unemployed for some time on and off over the last year. Spend my time either listening to podcasts, reading, and a bit too much time sleeping during the day. Some of that very much depends on how my depression is going. It's a very boring existence.
