It's hard to differentiate in the EV space. Producing 1000hp is not terribly difficult whereas producing a lot of power in a light package with an ICE is something Ferrari/Lambo can compete on. The bigger problem is that Ferrari can't compete with 'bigger' companies on software. It's the same problem Ford had too. Others were able to do it better.

Yeah, the premise that the software isn't a differentiator is probably held in tandem with 'there's no replacement for displacement' theorists. Tesla's control software of their motors basically gave them efficiency advantages that took half a decade for others to match.

Yeah, I can think of a dozen G-wagons out front of houses in my general neighborhood and while I'm in a HCOL area, I do *not* live in the super fancy part of town. These people are not poor, but they're not mega rich.

Does it have both 4A (auto) and a 4H (4wd) button? My F150 will keep 4A engaged through key cycles. 4A is meant for on road use while 4H and 4L are for gravel/dirt only.
