Yup. I checked and the exact ram I bought about six months ago has a bit more than quadrupled in price. I'm glad I got my new build done when I did.

Yes, it is. I learned in 4th grade here in the U.S. My teacher told me we should get used to using it because the U.S. would be changing to it soon. This was in 1976.
