No, but you are involved in a commercial activity. You are purchasing something from a seller: commerce. Its not strictly private or household when you’re involved in buying or selling, regardless of your side.

It says “worth no connection to professional or commercial activity…” There is a connection to commercial activity. He isn’t the store owner but he is involved in a commercial contract to purchase from this company.

My new neighbour warned me not to light a bonfire and leave it alone in our area. When he moved in 40 years ago he lit a fire and it just kept burning and burning for 3 days until he noticed the grass around the garden smoking. Turns out there is a coal deposit under the gardens and he had accidentally set it on fire.

I used Ideal, it’s a payment method that debits the money and it’s not possible to get it back. I have contacted them and they’ve been unhelpful, just telling me it’s not possible to get my money back. I have the address of the company and all details about them
