Western Express just assigned me a load that has “chargeback”. If it’s late, they charge the driver (me) $200. Is there any truth to this???

What about a breakdown that cancels out 5 days out of your week and brings big charges as well?
I’m beyond excited for this. This has been a long time coming and this will keep some idiots off the road due to insurance spikes or dropped coverage altogether. A win for truckers.
