It would have ruined the hub which it might have anyway. Wheels are ruined, studs are ruined. The wheel would eventually crack and break all the way around in between the studs.

In 35 years of driving I've never had to piss in a bottle. It's pure laziness unless you have a medical problem. Then you should have something other than a bottle to take care of it and dispose of it.
