biggest money spinner is a few ads infront of a fancy house etc. then sell a course. we all know those £500 courses on how to do <this> are fucking lies right? the course is the MLM

sounds like those lotteries of "you can win this 4 million pound house" it's not worth that because nobody brought it and nobody who wins can afford to maintain it lol

> Most women throw the flowers anyway. I mean flowers are nice, but now you have a pile of flowers to lug around/care for. as a guy, someone gives me flowers I'll do my best to keep them alive, i had a cutting of a rose that was living a solid 10 years until a bad year i was away :(

i've dealt with a mate who had a stroke mid 30s... was a weird time, he's still not "him" as i know his brain is different. we can chat a lot about old stuff but sometimes i need to let him speak and ask "did you mean this?" if i do it too much he gets angry but he knows i'm not trying to change things, just we're also trying to write things down my end :)

my mate had one, all he wants is patience now he's getting better. it can take a good minute sometimes having to say "sorry, do you mean?" but not too much. if he's ok not with his main hand a whiteboard or a set of set words like "hungry" "toilet" etc. for main stuff more as and when required.

> your TV from a few years back may actually be superior to one manufactured recently, even if it is the same model. nope. better panels are constant, OLED is coming down in price the actual main board needs very little RAM and CPU to run, they're just off the shelf parts as part of the binning system.

i went yonks back when i was about 17... used to inline skate from one end of the front to the indoor skatepark (don't think it exists anymore) chill there all day as it was like £6 for the day. was awkward walking back when i lost a wheel as that day i didn't put my trainers in my bag, so i scooted back on 1 foot pushing myself along with a skate on 1 foot and my socked foot pushing me along haha

> I'll cook fish and chips at home but it's a different meal to fish and chips from the chippy. yup, oven fish is crap, airfryer is better but it ain't chippy fish. i live alone so running a deep fryer makes no sense. my mate has a Chinese Mrs so a bunch of stuff gets deep fried on the regular. maybe once a month i'll get a message "wanna do fish?" as the oil is gonna be replaced soon, so I'll go get some white fish and do me, him and his Mrs a bunch of fish bites :D

local one in my town goes all over, decent enough lads as far as i've heard. no major issues and if there is they're fired on the spot and if anything illegal police are involved. they only run the warmer months and lock everything up locally. been asked to do some website design for them but we'll see how that goes? as i know them through a mate of a mate. another mate worked for them, they're long days, money is alreet for cash in hand. is what it is.
