4 days a week with 4 hours commute each days is insane. I wouldnt even do that 2 days a week. Not even that, but doing IT support on-site for a IT manager position is even more insane. I would absolutly quit on the spot or let them fire me.

New Dell Pro 14 Plus - "Lock on Leave" feature is a nightmare to disable properly

**Update:** I managed to disable it via Windows Settings under **System > Power & battery > Screen and sleep > Turn off my screen when I leave**. Strangely, the option doesn’t show up in Dell Optimizer (it should be under **Proximity Sensor** settings). Thing is, if this feature can be toggled in the Windows 11 Settings UI, there **must** be a corresponding registry key somewhere. Maybe I’m missing it, but I haven’t been able to find the correct one yet. Sorry for not being more clear in my original post.

We have the same problem with 40 Dell latitude 7350 Detachable. Not only that but some of them runs very hot and they have BSOD poping left and right... I managed to solve the webcam problem by re-installing it in my task sequence at the end. Still to this day my user are saying they have webcam issue with Microsoft Teams. Dell has the audacity to give us this as a fix [Latitude 7350 Detachable Does Not Detect its Rear Camera | Dell Canada](https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-ca/000226712/latitude-7350-detachable-does-not-detect-its-rear-camera) saying that "any missing or incorrectly installed drivers can lead to..." Like its our fault, yeah right !
