First off all, I’d like to acknowledge that having weight and eating at a caloric surplus is HARD. In a world where everyone is obsessed with weight loss, we have to acknowledge the reverse is also hard. Loads of people have mentioned smoothies and shakes already, I’d like to add: - A mass gainer protein powder to add to said shakes. Very easy way to get a lot of calories in one go if you tolerate the taste. - high calorie snacks. Panacotta for example is 300cal in a pretty small and easy to eat portion. - make sure to have a calorie rich and healthy breakfast as it really helps. Eggs, toast, avocado ect - track your food intake with an app like nutracheck or my fitness pal. It’s very easy to under eat and this helps.

And towels!

I wear them at work only. They make me feel more elegant and powerful and I also think shoes make or break an outfit… I also feel like people take me more seriously when I am dressed with a suit jacket and heels… in my free time I like comfort so only wear sneakers 😂

OP please I beg you drop the names of the towns in France! I’m French and have never seen those but would love to next time I go
