Same. I'm right handed, left eye dominant. It was far easier to just give in and buy left handed rifles etc. Now it's just second nature

We got my MIL one for Christmas. We showed her it in our house, prior to her taking it home. It was bloody brilliant. It mapped in no time, hoovered the entire downstairs, then I popped on the mop attachment (30 seconds) and it mopped the entire downstairs. It was the L60 Hybrid we got her. I'm sold. I'm getting one. I've been researching non-stop every since.

This thing can shoot 3,000 rounds per minute

My old boss was one of those blokes who'd always tell stories about what he'd done. Anything you'd done, he'd done times 2. He used to talk about being tour manager for Boy George in his heyday. We mostly thought it was all BS. One day, outside the office in Shoreditch, we heard someone shouting his name from across the street. We all turn to look and see Boy George crossing the street, and embrace him with a big smile. All true... Every story

Remember the British version of Impractical Jokers? Well I was stopped by Marek Larwood in London, and a very awkward attempt to ask for directions ensued. I left thinking he was just a bit weird. I then got stopped up the road, told it was a show, and asked about it airing. I agreed but it never did.

37. If there's a beer in the fridge it's 50/50 on whether I have one with dinner. In the summer, that's a 75% chance I will. I don't really go out drinking, maybe once or twice a year I'll meet up with friends for drinks.

Only the issue I had, is that most have stopped UK production. I'd have loved a Hilux but the Ranger was the only new one I could order, so that's what I have (Wildtrack, not Raptor). I have the rear full of work parts and equipment. I have kids seats in the back, and I can drive into the fields and do what I need to do. To those arguing to get a van or estate, I'd argue that there's no other platform as suited to work/ home balance with the off-road capabilities that are needed by some.

My wife sometimes has meetings that go on late. If that happens, I'll feed the kids and put them to bed. I'll wait and eat dinner with her, whenever that may be. If I know it's going to be particularly late, I'll go slightly over on the kids dinner so I can snack on that as a tide me over.

I'm 38, both of our children had stays in NICU after birth. The latest one is 5 months old and is doing fine at home with us now My wife is absolutely awful with poor sleep. It's not good for her mentally, which in turn is then not good for me mentally. For that reason, with both children, I have done 100% of all night feeds.

I have a cup of tea in the morning, and usually have between 1-3 when I get home. My wife will also usually have 1 in the morning, then drink tea at work (probably 2-3 cups), then have 4-6 in the evening. She's on maternity leave at the mo. Probably just entering double digits about now

Many people responded to the proposal with similar concerns. It's far too broad and many hobbies have been caught up in this lazy attempt at voter pandering. Our kitchen block cheese knife is now illegal to own, as it has holes in the blade and a serrated edge.

Does your pet “know” when your husband/wife/whoever are nearly home, and wait at the door?

Posted by TreeLover57-@reddit | AskUK | View on Reddit | 243 comments

jhalfhide@reddit

We have very fluid schedules, there's no telling when my wife will be home as it ranges from 1600-1900. Our Golden Retriever will suddenly dart to the stairs so he can see her through the window by the door. He does this when she's probably a good 30-40 seconds drive away. He does this every time and I can only assume he has pinpointed her engine noise and can hear it up the road.
