I'm in nursing school, in our basic pharmacology we learn that any dopamine agonists, especially Parkinson's drugs, can cause sexual side effects like these.

The thing with cardiac monitoring is that depending on who placed the leads, where they are placed, how old the leads are, how much your moving around, how fast your breathing, it can false alarm. PVCs (premature ventricular contractions, which in of itself aren't that concerning) and Vtach (ventricular tachycardia, which is a serious condition) are common false alarms. That's why there's a cardiac monitor technician, that person is able to look at your heart rhythm when those alarms sound and determine if they require an immediate follow up. Unfortunately/fortunately given the info you shared, you were probably one of the more stable/less concerning patients in the ED that day. I hope your health has improved, untreated hypertension is a real doozy
