Do you have a 'Go to' easy, quick, and healthy(ish) meal?

Bagels with tomato’s, cucumbers and chicken slices. Also egg rolls (or tamagoyaki). It’s simple and plenty of protein. If I want a bit of spice I just add chilli sauce

Anyone find you are constantly trying to please everyone in life?

People who woke up in hospital, what happened?

From what my friend told me I was vomiting all over the place uncontrollably that she had to call an ambulance. I feel so bad for the aftermath In hindsight I’m glad I was indoors but I still should’ve learnt better as this was my second time going hospital for alcohol poisoning. First time I was outside which is another story for another day

Went to a house party for one of my friends birthday. Didn’t know my drink limit, ended up blacking out and next thing I know I’m in hospital for alcohol poisoning (also waking up with cannulas attached is not nice). Luckily my friend picked me up or I would’ve been totally screwed. To this day I have instant regret and shame for making a mess that night

Is it abnormal for a 24yo female to not have social media? Instagram, tiktok, etc.

Nope. I don’t have social media apart from Reddit and Snapchat which I barely go on. I deleted my Instagram and never used tiktok as I didn’t find the use of it. I also feel like I would’ve gotten addicted to it if I got into it (for reference I’m 25). People may think I’m boring for not having it but I’d rather spend time on my hobbies

Those who would once consider themselves 'socially hopeless', what changed?

Sorry I can’t provide help. I’m 25 and also have similar issues which led me to being in abusive relationships and making bad decisions

What are you just so fed up with these days?

How many of you have little to no friends outside of your family?

Basically in the same predicament. I have a handful of friends that I see rarely because they have their own lives. It never used to be like this so I always blame myself for things going distant. I miss them but I know things can’t ever be the same

For those that grew up "poor". How has your life changed?

I grew up in a council flat with my parents and sister but it was never really the best due to having dysfunctional household. Eventually by forcing myself into a somewhat better environment and 50 (not accurate, most likely more) bad decisions later I have a job that’s OK pay and accommodation for now. I still remain frugal with my spending and feel broke majority of the time even if my situations slightly better than before. I don’t want to be rich just able to not think about money, but that’s wishful thinking
