Coworking office, if you have the budget. You can get a lot of hot desking options for £100/month or so, at least that’s doable in Bristol where I am. It was the best decision I made when I moved to a new city and didn’t know anyone as well. You’re basically a bunch of colleagues but not working for the same place so it doesn’t have the same office politics 🤠

My partner started wearing a mouth guard and I wear Loop Dream earplugs and for the most part it’s now solved - unless he has a boozy night!
