• Question for U.S. military aircrews - Why does virtually every crew insist on grounding their aircraft when fueling when the T.O. 00-25-172 (ground servicing of aircraft & static grounding/bonding) and the NFPA 407 specifically says grounding is not allowed for fueling due to the increased risk?
