If you actually are meaning to ask how far I would walk for something I needed immediately for breakfast, it would probably depend on my mood, either the ~50m to the nearest corner shop or ~200m to the nearest small supermarket to save a bit of money. If you want to know more generally how far I would walk to shop (IE not when my breakfast is depending on it) let's say around 30 minutes or 2 miles.

It was the best off the shelf option I have used but I still had symptoms, even using the bigger dose over the counter version. Started on Desloratadine this week and that seems better so far but the pollen count is a bit lower so not 100% sure yet.

Probably around a similar time to when I tried buying some but my card was blocked for security reasons. Didn't really have the money to spare at the time for a super high risk investment so didn't try again...

If you are having problems with the current weather you may want to invest in a portable air conditioner. Not cheap to run but makes a huge difference.
