Newbie: Is there a way to keep an IP forever ? I can't afford to have service interruption when URL waits to point to new IP (DNS propagation isn't fast and reliable. Don't ask me why..)

Got a cite for that? I've never had a problem with my TTLs not being respected by major providers. Just did a quick test with a 30s TTL and [8.8.8.8](http://8.8.8.8) picked it up and respected a change as it should. I've definitely seen random, mostly older clients have issues with poor DNS implementations.

Have you ever screamed at a piece of equipment or software?

An end user just asked me: “don’t you wish we still had our own Exchange server so we could fix everything instead of waiting for MS”?
