How do you deal with interpersonal conflict in U.K. culture?

UK is pretty much smile in your face please and thank you, and when it comes to discrimination we have a word tolerance but what this word means or meant i think it may have recently been changes is... minoritys must tolerate prejudice and discrimination and all others must tolerate minorities existance... i know this is generalising but i am one of the minorities of the world in fact and although UK is maybe the most multicultural society and the racism is not always or prodomenantly violence its seen as okay here. Its far from equal unless UK residents need health care then we can be tolerated.

Is Chelsea flower show worth it?

Its not like you may think it was nice but its just displays outside a lot of shops, its more turning the street into a garden for the week.
