The Cab ride..

In NYC there is an elderly cab driver.. A NAKED women jumps in the back of his Cab and tells him where she wants to go.. Along the drive he is looking at her in the rear view mirror.. she is getting annoyed and confronts him.. What have you never seen a naked Woman before? He responds - oh indeed he has seen naked Women before - but what's driving him to distraction is he is wondering how she is gong to pay for the fare?....
