Does anyone know any English exams for a truck license?

I am planning to buy a Unimog truck and it requires a truck license to drive which I don't have. I already started to convert my B driving license into Hungarian but I need to get the rest.
In Germany and a few other countries, they let you get the exam in English or other languages. I have already emailed many driving schools but haven't got any helpful answers yet. Does anyone know how I could obtain one with an English exam?

For B English is definitely an option, not sure about the rest given there is much smaller demand

You should contact a school about it, and you will get the answer you are looking for

Yes thank you for your answer but I have already e-mailed 10 schools. There are lots of schools so I thought it might be easier this way.
