Barman says that's the first alien we've had in here. The alien is surprised, and decides they should celebrate with a round of drinks.
10 minutes later, everyone is happily sipping their drinks, and the landlord slides the tab across to the alien. Alien looks, then asks "Have you got change for a Thraal?"

It’s a wordplay — “change” as in money, but also like “have you changed from your planet?”
